All furnishings and decor have been recently updated, and the home has been very
well maintained. During your stay, you'll enjoy complete access to your own private,
screened in pool; jacuzzi hot tub, and a host of other luxuries. Our home comes fully
furnished with everything you'll need to make your family's Florida vacation fun and
worry free. Included with the home rental is everything you would expect in a fully
furnished home - from washer / dryer, to bath towels, kitchenware - it's all here
waiting for you!

Rates:

June, July, August....................$825 / week
Jan - May, Sep - Dec...............$750 / week
Holidays....................................$950 / week
Per Day*...................................$150 / day

*Cleaning fees included with a 7 night stay min.
*A $400 deposit required at time of reservation with full payment due on or before 60 days arrival. A $100
cancelation fee applies to all cancelations. 50% refund for written notification more that 30 days from arrival. There
is no refund if cancelled within 30 days unless other bookings can be arranged.
*A $250 security deposit is required for all rentals and will be reimbursed upon satifactory inspection after your stay.
*Pool heat optional for $150 per week ( usually advised between November to April )
